PREMIUM VIRGIN HAIR - Pretty Wave

Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order, including the selected length, texture, color, cap size, and any custom specifications, before completing your purchase.

CUSTOM WIGS

Custom wigs are made specifically according to the details provided with your order. Because each wig is individually constructed for you, custom wig orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled once production has begun.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We carefully inspect orders before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Approved issues will be reviewed and handled at our discretion. This does not apply to normal variations in raw hair, including differences in color, texture, density, or curl pattern.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
