HOW ARE YOUR WIGS MADE?

All wigs are custom made on the sewing machine by Forever Essynce using a mesh dome cap or ventilated caps *coming soon*. This excludes our Beauty On A Budget Wigs which are factory made.

All wigs come Ready to Wear: fully customized and styled with bleached & preplucked knots. We do all the work for you! If you’d like your lace cut, just add it in notes! We do provide free lace razors to be able to cut it yourself.

Head measurements are required for correct sizing as one wig does not fit all. An elastic band is added in all wigs for extra support.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY HEAD?

(4) head measurements are required for custom wigs. If you do not provide the (4) required measurements, all measurements will be averaged to the head circumference size used at checkout or a standard size medium.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if you do not send in your measurements.

If you do not see a wig size option to choose from (S,M,L) , you must add your size in notes at checkout or send an email to essynceforever@gmail.com

When measuring for your correct wig size, please make sure your hair is as flat as it will be under your wig or part your hair where the required measurements are needed. You cannot guess your head size. Take in consideration if you have very long hair, give yourself space with measurements as the wigs are very fitting.

I'M NEW TO WIGS, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Our Best Sellers are our Glueless Closure Wigs. Yes, you can actually wear it completely glueless, no adhesive required! Throw it on and go, while remaining secure with your perfectly tailored fit unit! **ALL of our closure wigs are 100% glueless wigs. Frontal wigs WILL require some form of install.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE OF CLOSURES AND FRONTALS?

The amount of lace coverage.

Closures require less manipulation than frontals and will last longer and are easier to look more natural. On the flip side, frontals are very versatile and you can wear your hair many ways. However, due to their delicate nature they need to be replaced more often and require daily manipulation and styling. Frontals are not recommended for first timers.

Frontals usually require an install using gel, spray or glue.

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

Ready To Ship Wigs & Bundles are shipped 1-3 business days after ordering. If ordered before 4pm, they are eligible for same day shipping. Pick Ups in Fayetteville are allowed. There is still a pick up fee.
Custom Wigs requires 3-5 weeks processing time. This includes all Premium Virgin Wigs & Raw Wigs. They are custom made in order from the time the order was placed.
Beauty On A Budget Wigs requires 1-3 weeks processing time.
Bring Your Own Bundles service requires 1-2 weeks processing time after receiving your hair.
Bundles, Closures & Frontals requires 5-10 business days processing time if not listed as ready to ship.
We offer Rush Order services for ALL CUSTOM WIG services. Processing time is 6-10 business days. Send an email to see if you're eligible for a specific date requested for expedited orders.

Please keep in mind, colored wigs may take longer to process due to the hours required to color, tone, deep condition and style your unit.

Processing times may be extended during holidays & sales.

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

Expect delays during sales periods & holidays.

Please note, Forever Essynce is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, delays, or delivery transfers.

We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & billing addresses. If you’ve noticed an error in your address, please reach out immediately via email.

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS?

All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of the product, refunds will not be issued.

We promise to do our best to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your order. All custom requests are welcomed.

*ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PLACED DUE TO ORDERS BEING STARTED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
